The keystone of Orel' lodging is to follow the laws of nature. It should become an alternative to modern commercial construction that harms the natural landscape. The competition had to form new standards of citizen's country life quality, in harmony with the natural environment, but nevertheless benefitting all the advantages of the 21st century.
