In the project there was used the film «Ivan Leonidov, the Architect» by Irina Korobina.

The metamorphosis of creative evolution of Ivan Leonidov reflects in many ways the fate of Soviet architectural avant-garde. International fame brought by his diploma project of Lenin Institute was substituted by accusation of formalism, absence of demand and oblivion. None of his ingenious projects, belonging to the world culture of 20th century, were ever realized.

Sun City (the middle of 1940s – the end of 1950s) is the last work of the architect.
